Policy Evolution System

This system is currently under review to see if this system will meet the requirements of our organisation by providing operational flexibility, with the plan of create a dynamic policy system that will grow with the organisation and cover any future requirements.

Creating a policy system.

Stage 1. Understanding the requirement of our organisation and the essential policies required to be in place.

Stage 1. (a) Understanding policy interaction (Under review)

Stage 2. Create a flexible framework system (Currently suspended)

Stage 3. Lay the foundation for a light framed Alpha system (Pending)

Stage 4. Test the Alpha system to see how it performs (Pending)

Stage 5. Adjust the framework as required (Pending)

Stage 6. Once the framework is satisfactory load the system with data (Pending)

Stage 7. Advance the project to the Beta version (Pending)

Stage 8. Beta test the project (Pending)

Stage 9. Sign off on the system ONLY when we are happy it meets our requirements (Pending)

Stage 10. Make the system live (Pending)
